Abbott’s Endovascular business is seeking a Product Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that maximise brand awareness, profitability, market share, and sales.
What You’ll Do:
As an Endovascular Product Manager, you will oversee downstream marketing initiatives and programs from concept through a sound execution approach across the Region North (covering the UK, Nordics, Poland and the Baltics) market. This includes implementation via the salesforce, conferences, educational programs and digital media.
Location: Abbott’s UK Headquarters in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Up to 50% travel within Region North is anticipated.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Communications: Drive and monitor execution of tactics and programs across the region; develop impactful tools and innovative approaches; evaluate their impact against strategic KPIs.
2. Sales Enablement: Ensure internal product training, competitive landscape assessment, messaging and positioning, materials development, and internal excitement campaigns to support the field sales force.
3. Physician Education: Develop external-facing materials and engagement tools to educate key stakeholders. Deliver physician education through workshops and conferences.
4. Market Analysis: Track market trends and developments in specific customer groups; develop and implement competitive strategies.
5. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders/KOLs/influencers; participate in conferences/symposiums; guide program design to develop advocates to communicate key company messages to the medical community.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Good understanding of the healthcare environment and the sales and marketing processes.
* Knowledge of NHS customer groups, payment flows, patient pathways, market access challenges, regulatory and prescribing bodies.
* Marketing experience, including working with advertising/creative agencies.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong organization, planning, and management abilities.
* Dynamic, proactive, business, and results-focused.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
