About the Role • Work as part of a team to provide support and guidance for our residential college and university students • Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety standards are maintained within student accommodation • Responsible for maintaining positive student behaviour within your designated halls • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for our residential students to enhance the student experience. • Conducting daily checks of residential halls to ensure students are maintaining the standards set out in their residential agreement • The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 7:45am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday.
About You • A positive ‘can do’ attitude • Demonstrate patience and resilience within a challenging and rewarding environment • Understand the importance of safeguarding within a residential setting on campus • The ideal candidate will have previous experience of supporting young people • Confident to build a rapport with our students, address concerns and implement solutions in order to maintain our high standards on campus
