LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR (Maternity Cover)
Key responsibilities
* Co-ordinate and schedule transport for incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Manage and process logistics-related documentation, including delivery notes, invoices and customs paperwork.
* Liaise with suppliers, carriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Resolve delivery or logistics issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels and shipments.
* Assist in preparing reports and analysing logistics performance.
* Support warehouse and production teams with logistics planning.
Key skills required.
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or administration is preferred.
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
