The Procurement team at KP Snacks Ltd UK is responsible for sourcing high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable goods and services. This role supports the European-based Ingredients Category Manager team by managing data, conducting analysis, and coordinating internal and external efforts to ensure strategy execution and continuous supply to sites.
Key responsibilities include managing ERP agreements, maintaining procurement documents and trackers, and providing essential ERP data to support category managers in negotiations. The role also involves independently handling negotiations with one designated supplier. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive procurement efficiency. This is a critical position in optimising supply chain operations and supporting business growth while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

What will you be doing?
* Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, category managers, and internal teams to support procurement activities.
* Procurement & Contract Management: Assist in sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and manage pricing, agreements, and compliance within the ERP system.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights through data analysis to support procurement strategy and informed decision-making.
* Cross-Functional & Operational Support: Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to manage ingredient changes and resolve supply issues.
* Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies while contributing to process optimisation initiatives.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
* Procurement & Supply Chain Experience: Background in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
* ERP & Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of ERP systems, procurement processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
* Supplier & Contract Management: Experience working with suppliers and managing contracts is advantageous.
* Communication & Influencing Skills: Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Attention to Detail & Decision-Making: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to drive initiatives, facilitate change, and ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.
