Ian Williams are looking for an experienced Renderer to join our successful Response Maintenance Business.
You will specialise in rendering properties for our reputable social housing client within the Exmouth area. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

The Renderer role:
Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, and instructions
Prepare surfaces for rendering by cleaning and applying primers
Mix and apply render coats using hand tools or machinery
Repair and maintain existing render finishes
Repointing of existing brick work
Work with various materials such as cement, lime, and acrylic renders
Use power tools for cutting and shaping materials
What you will bring as a Renderer :
Qualified to an NVQ level 2, or similar professional body
Expertise in applying coats of render to external walls of buildings to provide both decoration and protection.
Ability to work with targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
