This role is ideal for someone passionate about automotive education and eager to contribute to the development of students in this dynamic field. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students enrolled in Level 1 & 2 of the City and Guilds Curriculum in Motor Vehicle studies. Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards and the needs of students at different learning levels. Assess and evaluate students’ progress through both formative and summative assessments. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and student engagement. Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. Stay updated with the latest developments in motor vehicle technology and education to enhance teaching practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Lecturer or similar teaching role. Strong knowledge of the City and Guilds Curriculum for Motor Vehicle studies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and maintain a stimulating learning environment. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
