What You Can Expect
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content and Campaigns Manager to join our digital marketing team. This role will be pivotal in managing the content strategy across various segments of our business and for a website news section, ensuring all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand's voice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using a Content Management System (CMS), be the main point of contact for campaigns involving copywriting or news articles, and handle various other, content related digital marketing tasks.
How You'll Create Impact
Content Strategy and Management:
1. Own, develop and collaborate on content strategy for segments and website news section
2. Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging for our audience
3. Regularly analyse and report on the performance of content, making recommendations for improvement
Content Creation and Copywriting:
4. Write, edit, and proofread articles and other content as needed
5. Collaborate with the wider team to produce content for campaigns
6. Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and is optimised for search engines
CMS Management:
7. Maintain and update the website using the CMS
8. Troubleshoot any issues related to the CMS and work with IT support when necessary
9. Train other team members on using the CMS, as required
Campaign Support:
10. Serve as the go-to contact for all copywriting and content-related needs in marketing campaigns
11. Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive and timely content delivery for campaigns
12. Provide support in creating content calendars and managing timelines
Administrative Tasks:
13. Assist with scheduling and posting content on various digital platforms
14. Report on KPIs related to SEO and Content
What Makes You Stand Out
• Proven experience in a content strategy role within a digital marketing environment
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (ideally Contentful)
• Working within a Healthcare setting is preferred, but not a requirement
Your Background
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and software
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
