About the Role
You will be an integral part of the organisation’s implementation of the ITIL framework, ensuring resolution and minimising disruption to users and operations. Your expertise in service delivery will enable you to communicate effectively with vendors to ensure a process for creating resolutions and seeing issues through to completion.
