Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Home Based with regular site visits to Hemel, Kingsbury, Thames and Slough.
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to ensure the integrity of mechanical systems by adhering to company and statutory requirements and responding promptly to breakdowns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing a system to implement and record maintenance and inspections of plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and minimizing downtime.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* To conduct regular maintenance and inspections of plant and equipment to ensure they are in good working order and identify any potential issues.
* To develop and implement a system to record and track maintenance activities, including scheduling and prioritization.
* To respond promptly to breakdowns and minimize downtime, working closely with other teams as necessary.
* To provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, as required.
* To maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, including documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
