Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointments for team members, clients, and executives.
2. Calendar Management: Maintain and update calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders.
3. Communication: Act as a liaison for scheduling-related inquiries, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Data Entry: Input and update information in databases and systems accurately.
5. Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and handling incoming calls.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
2. Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in appointment booking and calendar management.
2. Familiarity with CRM software.
