The role is a phone-based role and will be helping and advising Estate Agencies across the UK, with queries and regulatory issues. Therefore, a knowledge of Estate Agency is advantageous along with a good phone manner. This opportunity is available on a hybrid working basis, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home Working hours of a Sales Advisor: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm Hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 from home The successful Sales Advisor will be offered: £25,000 Basic KPI Bonus Annual Salary Bonus On Target Earnings of £26,000 Career progression Ongoing Training & Support Free Parking Medical Care Sales Advisor requirements: Experience in Estate Agency Excellent telephone manner Ability to listen and interpret member enquiries and provide relevant advice. Exceptional Customer Service skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient Microsoft Office. Duties of a Sales Advisor will include, but will not be limited to: Answering queries via telephone, providing support on queries from members Log accurate data and member discussions on the CRM system. Help review and complete existing legal documents and templates. Escalate legal queries where applicable Keep up to date with property policies & legislations and the general property industry
