As a Senior HR Advisor, your duties will include:
1. Being the point of contact for all employee relations matters or queries
2. Involved with absence monitoring, disciplinary, and grievances
3. Coordinate HR projects
4. Supporting managers with Employee Relations/HR advice
5. Assisting with the development of company policies
6. Promote company values
The successful candidates will be:
1. Proactive
2. Experienced in employee relations
3. Resilient
4. Possess a CIPD qualification
5. Able to build positive working relationships
6. Have a good understanding of HR policies and procedures
