What makes this role exciting and challenging:
Be part of our expanding games team here at Allwyn, focussed on creating market leading interactive and fun digital games for lotteries around the globe. This role requiring a unique blend of creativity, technical knowledge, effective project and time management skills.
As a Game Producer you will work closely with our Product, Design & Development teams, from the concept phase through to final client delivery, a key role in transforming ideas into market leading products.
As part of your everyday responsibilities, you will :
* Define & Develop: Establish key features, specifications, and requirements for both new and existing games, ensuring they align with business goals and player expectations.
* Compliance & Regulations: Maintain an understanding of market regulations, ensuring all game designs and products fully adhere to compliance standards.
* Innovation & Ideation: Partner with Product and Design teams to brainstorm cutting-edge game concepts, shaping the long-term roadmap for our gaming portfolio.
* Quality Assurance: Uphold our core design principles and high-quality standards by conducting regular game reviews and providing clear, actionable feedback.
* Industry & Market Expertise: Act as a key knowledge resource for game mechanics, player behavior, and market trends, providing insights that drive product innovation.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design and PMO teams to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of product management deliverables.
* Performance Analytics: Track and analyze game performance, creating detailed monthly reports for key accounts to drive data-informed decisions.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging competitive and market research to inspire innovative game features and experiences.
Requirements
Key qualifications for your success:
* Proven experience in game production, product management, or a similar role in the gaming industry.
* Strong understanding of game development lifecycles, from concept to launch.
* Experience in working with 2D Mobile and/or Web Games and strong portfolio of previous games produced.
* Strong understanding of game design, mechanics, and player engagement strategies.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product, and Engineering.
* Familiarity with gaming compliance and regulatory standards.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality games on schedule.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive product improvements.
* Passion for games and a deep understanding of player behaviors and industry trends.
