Job Description:
The Role
Responsibilities include:
1. You will be responsible for producing a variety of creative work across PwC branded and client branded deliverables, including reports, presentations, event material, brochures, illustrations, interactive projects, social media assets, web assets, and animations.
2. You’ll help support other designers, driving the quality of the creative work produced and challenging ideas.
3. You will take briefs from clients, discussing appropriate design options and advising on the best use of graphics while adhering to brand guidelines.
4. You will work using PwC and client’s guidelines, solving creative problems within an established brand infrastructure.
5. You will have excellent layout skills, using grids and structure to build documents that are aligned with precision.
6. You will develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key clients and contacts from all levels of PwC.
7. You will be comfortable working on individual projects as well as in a team on collaborative projects.
8. You will have the opportunity to work across all lines of service and industries in the UK, developing relationships and becoming a valued member of PwC.
9. You will proof your own work and that of others for quality control, ensuring brand and industry standards are upheld.
10. Manage end-to-end production of documents, liaising with printers or digital teams for online or social deliverables.
11. Take ownership of client enquiries, proactively solving client issues and escalating as appropriate.
12. You will help deliver the vision of the Creative Solutions team by thinking bigger, better, bolder, and innovating as necessary.
Requirements
1. You will be skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
2. Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, with experience in GSuite (Slides, Sites, and Docs) being an advantage.
3. A solid experience of integrated business campaigns is essential, covering print and digital delivering brand/marketing collateral across B2B audiences.
4. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and handle several tasks within deadlines.
5. You have a portfolio that displays an excellent track record of inventive and compelling creative work across print and digital mediums.
6. You’ll have excellent influencing and communication skills to challenge internal clients to deliver best practice.
7. You are expected to use internal training systems to continuously up-skill and develop your understanding of the firm’s strategy.
8. You can demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
9. Show a deep passion for graphic design, typography, creativity, and delivering excellent client service.
10. Solid design skills, significant experience, and/or a relevant qualification.
