Role: Aftersales Administrator – Fixed-Term Contract – Lisburn
Job Overview
VANRATH are excited to support another widely recognised retail brand, who take great pride in continuously serving their customer base with a long line of trusted products. There is currently a need for an Aftersales Administrator to join the business on a Fixed-Term Contract basis.
* Salary: £25,000
* Lisburn
* Hybrid available
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve warranty issues.
* Utilise Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks.
* Ensure timely processing of warranty claims.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with manufacturer's warranties
