We are looking for a Junior PowerBI Developer to join the Commercial Team at Thermatic Group. As a Junior PowerBI Developer at Thermatic, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards. You will be required to collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into insights within PowerBI. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Behaviours: Knowledge of PowerBI, with at least one year’s experience in creating reports and interactive dashboards. Familiarity with PowerBI and its components (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.). Basic understanding of data modelling, SQL, and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and problem solve. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Confidence to work independently. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into PowerBI insights. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards. Optimize PowerBI solutions for performance and scalability. Provide support and training to end-users on PowerBI tools and reports. Work with PowerBI 3rd parties to ensure that PowerBI best practice is being followed. Stay updated with the latest PowerBI features and updates.
