This role will focus on providing technical support for M365 collaborative tools, ensuring seamless operation across the organization. Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1.5 support for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
* Configure and manage Microsoft Teams, including channels, chats, apps, and Teams Phone services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues remotely.
* Work with Microsoft Security & Compliance Centre tools to enforce security measures.
* Support hybrid Exchange and Active Directory (AD) environments.
* Understand and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) integrations with M365.
* Prepare and document incident reports and follow ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
* Utilize SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications.
* Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus.
* Experience with Intune Device Management is beneficial.
