About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Cirencester. This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide flexible customer service support in a busy contact centre.
You will respond to a wide range of customer enquiries on virtually all services provided by the Council, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve issues efficiently.
In this key role, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives, promoting excellent customer service at all times.
Salary Information
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
