Job Description:
Company Description
At AECOM, we're delivering a better world. Whether improving your commute, keeping the lights on, providing access to clean water, or transforming skylines, our work helps people and communities thrive.
Job Description
At AECOM, we’re not just engineering solutions—we’re shaping the future of water. As one of the UK & Ireland’s leading water consultancies, our team is growing, and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us on our journey.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced Asset Management Professionals (Senior Consultant – Technical Director)
You have a strong background in asset management within an infrastructure sector (ideally water, but other sectors are welcome). Your expertise may lie in strategic planning, risk management, asset lifecycle decision-making, or a blend of disciplines. Ideally, you hold IAM certifications (Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management) or equivalent qualifications that showcase your expertise.
Developing Asset Management Professionals (Graduate – Consultant)
You have a passion for asset management and some experience in an infrastructure sector. Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career, we value your enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to learn. A degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field is beneficial, but your drive to grow is just as important.
Where You’ll Work
These roles are available across our UK & Ireland offices, with hybrid working options that allow for a mix of office collaboration, home working, and on-site client engagement.
Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Experience in asset management, particularly in the water sector (though other infrastructure sectors are also considered).
* A strong understanding of strategic planning, risk management, or asset lifecycle decision-making.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., IAM Certificate/Diploma in Asset Management), though a passion for learning and growth is just as important.
* A degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field (for junior roles).
We celebrate diversity, including neurodiversity, and believe it enriches our team. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and abilities. If you are an applicant with a disability that requires reasonable accommodation to complete the application process, please contact us.
Join us, and you’ll get all the benefits of being a part of a global, publicly traded firm – access to industry-leading technology and thinking and transformational work with big impact and work flexibility.
