£45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience We’re recruiting an Employee Wellbeing Manager on a 14 month fixed term contract, to act as subject matter expert for all things wellbeing at AXA UK. You’ll be responsible for creating and leading the employee wellbeing strategy and delivering a holistic, data led programme. You’ll ensure alignment with the wider People strategy and continue creating a place where people love to work At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Glasgow office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Manage stakeholders and work with key leaders to encourage them to take ownership and drive employee engagement. Develop the Employee Wellbeing proposition under the pillars of mental, physical and financial wellbeing and embedding it throughout the colleague journey. Drive the delivery of services across AXA UK, managing and working with third party providers to meet strategic priorities and cater to employee needs (such as Nudge, Thrive, AXA Health). Influence and deliver Global wellbeing initiatives ensuring leadership advocacy and colleague engagement. Collaborate with peers across the People Team to ensure alignment and synergies. Manage wellbeing advocacy groups such as Wellbeing Champions, Mind Allies, Menopause Community and relevant Employee Network Groups. Drive and influence internal and external communication, as well as employer branding, around key initiatives and showcase notable successes. Introduce new ideas and stay on top of market trends to bring innovative concepts into AXA and be able to propose and implement these ideas. Strong critical thinking skills, not afraid to deal with ambiguity. Ability to gather insight from a variety of sources to influence and drive targeted interventions. People centric, ensuring all activity stems from an unmet need or challenge. Stakeholder management, proven ability to build excellent relationships and influence at all levels. Consistently demonstrate the value and strategic impact of wellbeing. Excellent written and presentation skills. Commercial and pragmatic outlook, able to work at pace and deliver.
