You’ll be a super communicator, caring and compassionate while building customer relationships and resolving issues. You’ll actively handle all complaints from the business, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
You’ll administer the complaints handling process and support the department to minimize the number of complaints received, so an excellent background in complaint handling or customer service is ideal. We are seeking candidates with experience in the insurance sector or financial services.
This role is office-based, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. You will be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package, including a generous holiday allowance and first-class career prospects. After passing probation, you can work half of your week from home if you wish.
