DBS Chef for a Contract Catering Site in Bristol
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm
We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie for a school in Windsor. You will work within a team of 3 chefs providing food for students. Must have at least 3 years of experience and must have a DBS.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and run a specific station (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, fish, etc.) during service.
2. Ensure all dishes from your station are prepared and presented to the restaurant's standards.
3. Prepare ingredients and mise en place (prepping, chopping, and portioning food) for the shift.
4. Follow recipes and menus to produce consistent, high-quality dishes.
5. Cook dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.
6. Plate dishes beautifully and ensure they are presented in accordance with the restaurant's standards.

Salary: £14 hourly
