About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Croydon
* Assist students in the classroom to learn
* Work in close cooperation with other staff members, such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support Workers
* Deliver 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom to students daily
* Assist the class teacher and other staff members in providing the best possible learning environment
* Observe and evaluate pupils' responses to learning activities and interventions
* Ensure that all pupils are included in the classroom as much as possible
