Job Description
Key Result Areas:
1. Actively recruit new partners in all relevant fields to develop your sales funnel
2. Explore new routes and channels of opportunity to promote our services
3. Onboard, train, and coach existing partners to enable them to sell our services successfully and compliantly
4. Assist in end customer sales activity with a partner including customer visits and marketing outreach to assist in the sales revenue target
5. Ensure that partners are maintaining all compliance standards as required
6. Maintain all partner records in any CRM or similar systems that Freedom Fibre provides
7. Manage partner targets and prepare business plans to ensure that targets are achieved
8. Attend business conferences and drop-in events to bring awareness to the local business community
9. Record the wholesale competitive landscape and feed prices and other relevant key information including incentives into head office for benchmarking to ensure that we are priced competitively
The Successful Applicant
Relevant Experience:
* 12 months sales experience (essential)
* 12 months experience in channel/partner (desirable)
* Telecom/connectivity industry background (desirable)
* Alternative network experience (desirable)

* Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail (essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication (essential)
* Customer-focused (essential)
* Strong stakeholder engagement (essential)
* Ability to work remotely and manage sales targets (essential)
