Beehive Recruitment are on the lookout for a Quality Manager in the North Manchester area. We are working with an industry-leading manufacturing / production company within the pharmaceutical capital equipment industry. The Role As Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead the quality team and be responsible for overseeing audits, supplier quality management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality processes and documentation. Conduct ISOQAR audits ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards. Manage PCB warranties in collaboration with electrical suppliers. Collate, analyse, and report on quality data and key performance metrics. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive corrective and preventive actions. Perform final product quality sign-off, ensuring all products meet required specifications. Investigate and manage customer complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Oversee supplier and service non-conformances, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Complete customer questionnaires and provide updated documentation, certifications, and compliance reports. Line manage and develop the Quality team, ensuring high performance and engagement. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a Quality Management role, ideally within the manufacturing or engineering or clean air s ector. Strong understanding of ISO standards, audits, and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation. Ability to interpret and analys e quality data to drive improvements. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
