We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office software. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and clients. Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Manage administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Maintain organised records and files for easy retrieval. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Prepare reports and presentations as needed. Support the team with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Deal with account administration including - invoices, taking payments from customers and purchase ledgers. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
