The Role:
1. Providing a customer-focused service, supporting young care leavers.
2. Working in a building with a number of self-contained flats.
3. Conducting a full needs assessment at the point of referral into the service to establish the nature of support required.
4. Adopting a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to build trust with the young individuals.
5. Supporting and assisting young people to build resilience and overcome barriers.
6. Maintaining and updating support activities, signposting changes.
7. Ensuring health & safety and property standards are maintained and working effectively as a team member delivering excellent services to the residents.
8. Ensuring your relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional, contributing to the Association’s values, culture, and ethos.
9. Direct experience working within a young person’s service is preferable but not essential.
Hours:
37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00 and 12:00 – 20:00
