Position Overview:
First Command is committed to helping military families get their financial lives squared away. We are seeking leaders with entrepreneurial mindsets and a desire for professional growth.
What our Financial Advisors do:
* Serve as personal coaches to military families, focusing on evolving financial plans that meet short-term and long-term goals.
* Assist military families in managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
* Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, supported by the local district team and Home Office.
* Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other supporting institutions.
* Coach military families on building comprehensive financial plans that include:
o Savings/banking
o Investments/wealth management
What we offer:
* A specialized licensing and comprehensive training program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to start and grow a successful Financial Advisor career.
* Sponsorship for full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor using our tools and resources.
* Preparation and testing for SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
* Opportunity to join a paid training program with a local district office after successful completion of the licensing phase.
* Initial salary as a Financial Advisor consisting of an hourly wage for 3 months, transitioning to a salaried position with incentives after that period.
