They are seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to be the face of their office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional service to clients and team members.
What you will do:
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
* Manage meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings.
* Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the office areas remain organised.
* Provide administrative support to the team when needed.
* Handle document management like printing, scanning and binding presentations.
* Assist with expense management and invoicing.
* Maintain an updated visitor log.
* Support onboarding for new employees by providing necessary information.
* Assist Office Manager with organising network events.
What you bring:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role in an office environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Proactive approach with initiative to support the office where needed.
