They are seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to be the face of their office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional service to clients and team members. What you will do: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Manage meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client meetings. Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office areas remain organised. Provide administrative support to the team when needed. Handle document management like printing, scanning and binding presentations. Assist with expense management and invoicing. Maintaining an updated visitor log. Supporting on boarding for new employees by providing necessary information. Assist Office Manager with organising network events. What you bring: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role in an office environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
