We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a dynamic and innovative Assistant Headteacher, starting in September 2025. This is a pastoral focused role and our aim is to appoint the right person to our leadership team, so the is broad. The main priorities will focus on, but are not exclusive to:
* Be the SLT lead for years 7 and 8
* Line manage Heads of Year 7 and 8
* Lead and have oversight of transition through years 6, 7 and 8
* Be the SLT mental health lead
* Be a Deputy Designated safeguarding lead
* Contribute to Leadership team operational aspects of supervision, duties, assemblies etc
