Hie is looking for a Business Development & Delivery Manager to join our team in Harrogate. We specialise in data, cloud, and optimisation, helping customers build high-performance systems that deliver genuine value. Our work spans data engineering, analytics, AI, and cloud modernisation, and while we have deep expertise in Azure and SQL Server, we often use other modern platforms and tools to solve complex challenges.
We’re a tech-led consultancy, built by engineers who care about doing things properly. Our focus is on cloud, data analytics, observability, and optimisation, tackling everything from enterprise data pipelines to advanced AI projects.
Our team is lean, highly skilled, and collaborative. You’ll work closely with our technical experts, supporting a variety of projects and ensuring smooth delivery from sales through to completion. It’s a supportive environment where everyone pulls together to solve problems and deliver great work.
What you’ll work on
We have several commercial and delivery-focused needs, including:
* Business Development & Sales – finding new opportunities, nurturing leads, and bringing on board new clients
* Account Management – maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring they’re happy and identifying ways to add further value
* Project Delivery Oversight – coordinating with our self-sufficient tech team to keep tasks on track, overseeing budgets, and ensuring smooth communication
* Customer Success – making sure clients see real, lasting benefits from our services, and acting as the first point of contact for escalations
