Job Description Due to impressive expansion and success, our Belfast City Centre Client, a leading professional services organisation wishes to recruit a Training Compliance Manager. It’s a really exciting time to join this global leading organisation This is a unique, permanent Training Compliance job, a mixed compliance role supporting the Risk Management and Compliance business area. The successful Training Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the learning portal and LMS platform, ensuring compliance and regulatory processes/training and CPD are effectively tracked and maintained. This is a unique opportunity suited to a passionate learning professional from a compliance/regulatory/risk training background. This is not a traditional learning and development/training delivery role. The Role: Manage the online portals which host e-learning, surveys and global policies Creatively develop and enhance policies and processes around the provision of training and surveys Establish an effective, external relationship with the online training providers Provide expert advice on all queries relating to the online portals Assist with the online annual compliance return process Implement process improvements, viable alternatives and identify new opportunities for the optimisation of system usage Identify any potential risks with training compliance systems, policies and processes and escalate to senior management if required Monitor continuing professional development (CPD) records using a learning management system (LMS) Assist employees with CPD queries and understanding global training regimes Ensure all relevant employees are compliant with various training regulations through expertise on professional accreditation Act as the point of contact for queries regarding the administration of professional examinations Coordinate and administer compliance training packages as required Support the Training Events team globally Maintain and update information on the Compliance Training and specific intranet sites Ensure procedures and training guides are up to date The Person: 3 rd level qualification, essential Recent, relevant experience working with training compliance, essential Experienced with implementation and enforcement of processes and systems Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internal and external Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines, juggle multiple projects and deliver under pressure Experience of working with processes and systems, preferably LMS, learning portals etc Flexible and pro active approach The Rewards: Attractive salary & benefits Unique, permanent opportunity Hybrid office/home work pattern (60:40) Global, progressive organisation Belfast City Centre location Full training and excellent learning opportunities For further information and to apply for this Training Compliance Manager job, please contact Stephanie Mulholland at Hunter Savage.
