Administrative Officers required immediately to work with our client NI Medical and Dental training agency based in Beechill House, Newtownbreda, Belfast. These Roles will be for a minimum of 6 months and will be based within the Education Management Team. The hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm on a Friday. Rate of pay is £12.31 per hour. The main duties for these posts will include - Handling incoming calls and emails, Updating records, preparing reports and documents, attending meetings and taking notes.
