DESCRIPTION OF ROLE To provide administrative support to Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre. To coordinate bookings, conferencing and events including arranging bookings and sending invoices. To act as a point of contact for organisations and individuals interested in renting space at Kuumba Imani. REQUIREMENTS Experience/Knowledge Experience of providing customer service, in a paid, work experience or voluntary role. Experience of recording information accurately, in a professional or personal capacity. Experience of using ICT An understanding of the work of Kuumba Imani, our history and vision. Skills/Abilities/Qualities Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to accurately record information and update systems including excel spreadsheets Excellent customer service skills Ability to engage with a variety of different people Friendly, flexible and positive attitude Good attention to detail and problem solving skills Able to deal with queries confidently and efficiently Reliable and punctual Salary NMWClosing date 29/04/2025hours 30 hours per week Mon-Fri 9am-3pm but would consider and working from home for the remaining hour
