We are currently recruiting for a Control Room Operator to join our team at the second largest building in London at the moment The newly built site it extremely modern, with high-end clientele on site at all times. If you have a great personality, pride yourself in customer service and have the desire to deliver excellent security services, then this is the role for you This will be a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. Covering day and night shifts. This means you need to be flexible to cover shifts Monday to Sunday. The rate of pay is 15.50 per hour. You will hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License. We are also looking for people who hold a valid CCTV licence. Your Time at Work As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for the eyes and ears of the building, not only from an evidential perspective but also as an overwatch for all potential risks and hazards that may occur. You will provide an essential overwatch and support role to the entire security team, responsible for ensuring the occupants and visitors feel that they have a professional and secure support team to alert and advise them in times of need. You will monitor all interactions, emails or phone calls, electronic access control system across the estate, investigate and manage all alarm activations in addition to supporting the concierge with any access concerns as they arise.
