About the Role Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to be recruiting a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to join a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce distributor. This role will support the procurement and supply chain team as the company continues to expand its operations.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in inventory management, ensuring stock availability is maximised efficiently and sustainably. Core Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Process purchase orders based on forecast, reorder points, and demand while monitoring expiry dates and batch control.
2. Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to manage goods-in processes, ensuring smooth stock movement and timely resolution of any non-conformance issues.
3. Collect and maintain vendor data for the onboarding of new products and manage price updates.
4. Assist with invoice and purchase order discrepancies.
5. Prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with regulations.
