Job Description
IT help desk engineer wanted. This role will be primarily based in their office based in Lancing, however there is flexibility to work from home at times, as well as to visit customer sites when needed. The successful candidate will have experience working in a MSP environment in a 1st / 2nd line support position.
Experience
1. Administration and support of Office 365
2. Experience working in an MSP environment
3. Administration of Windows Server, Windows Pro and Mac OSX
4. Support of Windows 10 & 11,
5. Support of third-party applications like anti-virus and common accountancy products
6. RMM software for remote access and diagnostics,
7. Support of everyday network products like firewalls, routers, wireless networks and network switches,
8. Upgrading of common computer hardware.
Remuneration
9. A base salary of up to £25k a year, dependent on experience
10. Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm
11. Participation in the company performance related bonus scheme.
12. Option to join the company pension scheme.
13. A total of up to 37 days off per year, when including a long-term service bonus (which starts accruing after your second year is complete), but initially up to 32 days per year including bank holidays and your birthday, 3 days are reserved for Christmas.
14. Occasional opportunities for paid overtime and/or time off in lieu.
15. Option to progress into a Field Engineer position where a company van will be included.
