We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our client s service and installation division based in the south of Perth WA. The role will require you to be organised committed to customer service and wants to be part of a great team culture
Snapshot of your day:
Administrative and operational support for service installation sales and management team.
Actively address client enquires in relation to all facets of administration operations and customer services including client support invoicing accounts/billing and record keeping.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and managing customer discourse.
Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
Managing invoice processing and raising work orders.
Supporting dispatch on an adhoc basis with scheduling technicians to site.
Assist with technician and store stock takes.
Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct aligned with expectations on ethical behaviour according to company values.
Complying with company and client HSEQ policies ethics and procedures.
About you:
Experience in a fastpaced changing service delivery environment.
Superb administration and customer experience.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team.
Strong attention to detail priortising skills and meeting deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate giving clear direction and persuasively negotiation with internal and external customers.
Experience working with an ERP system i.e. Pronto Salesforce or similar.
Intermediate level with Microsoft office outlook word and excel.
Technically savvy and able to pick up new digital technologies with ease.
