Space & Time are looking for a keen and customer-servicefocussed Media Executive with a passion for advertising and media buying, tojoin our team in our modern London offices, based near Old St.
The Role
As a Media Executive, you’ll be assisting the Head of Pharma Media andStrategic Performance Directors with the planning, buying and administration offirst-class media campaigns. The role involves implementing media bookings,researching media opportunities, liaising with clients, creative agencies andinternal specialists, and to assist on the reporting on the impact of mediaactivity.
Key duties
·Liaisingwith clients via phone and email providing excellent customer service, buildingrapport and client relationship
·Negotiatesimproved rates for clients, securing added value where possible
·Providesguidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules, creativespecs etc.
·Providingmonthly reports
·Regularlyattends and contributes to team and supplier meetings
Experience / Skills
·Skilledtelephone communicator with clients/suppliers/senior colleagues
·Excellentand professional written communication. Confidently communicates with clientsand suppliers
·Demonstrablemedia planning experience (either B2B or B2C)
·Hands onexperience with digital media tools and systems (such as Google CampaignManager)
·Experiencewithin direct, programmatic, social media, OOH, DOOH advertising
·Excellentnumeracy skills and accuracy
·Goodinterpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
·Commercialawareness and financial acumen
·Initiativeand ability to identify issues and develop solutions
·Abilityto handle a busy workload, prioritise and be flexible
