Digital Marketing Assistant
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to help execute our CRM, paid social, paid search, loyalty, and data-driven strategies. Your role will involve supporting digital campaigns, optimising customer engagement, and providing key insights to enhance performance. What You’ll Do
CRM & Retention Marketing
1. Assist in executing email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
2. Help with audience segmentation and automation flows to improve engagement.
3. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
Paid Social & Paid Search
1. Support the management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, assisting with audience targeting and creative execution.
2. Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and external agencies to help optimise Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
Loyalty & Customer Retention
1. Assist in managing and optimising the loyalty program to drive engagement and retention.
2. Support the development of initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value.
Data & Insights
1. Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare weekly reports on key metrics.
2. Assist in A/B testing and CRO strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
This Is For You If
1. You have 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, paid social, or a related field (internships included).
2. You’re passionate about fashion and digital marketing, with a creative yet analytical mindset.
3. You have a basic understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot), Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
4. You’re highly organised, data-driven, and eager to learn.
5. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
