Practice Administrator
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £20,000-£22,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Practice Administrator to join an international accounting practice in Birmingham City Centre. The family-feel firm are looking for a friendly face to join the team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. General admin duties including answering telephone calls, booking couriers and greeting clients
2. Supporting the wider team including management
3. Ordering stationary supplies
4. Managing and handling sales invoices to clients, the invoice system and queries
5. Meticulous attention to detailed records of client contract data
6. Working closely with the Compliance Manager to prepare documentation
The ideal candidate:
7. 2 years of experience in a similar admin position
8. Sales invoicing experience
9. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
10. Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages
