ROLE OVERVIEW Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS), a multi-award-winning global recruitment consultancy, is seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in a full-time capacity. Based at our head office, this role is critical in ensuring compliance across customer contracts, onboarding, pre-screening, and Right to Work (RTW) checks, while also supporting the optimization of system automation flows. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee customer contract management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Manage the onboarding process for candidates, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions. Conduct pre-screening and Right to Work checks, maintaining meticulous records. Support and streamline system automation flows to enhance operational efficiency. ROLE REQUIREMENTS A Degree or higher level in a relevant field or proven experience in compliance or a similar role. Experience in contract management, onboarding, and compliance checks within a regulated or professional services environment.
