Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
This position is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break. -
There is occasional bank holiday working and start time can be flexed if required to 7am and finish 3pm
16. Working alongside the chef and team member to support FOH and admin reporting to general manager at sister site.
17. Provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience, under the guidance of the Manager
18. Complete weekly admin & due diligence needs to be computer literate
19. To support manager with team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information.
20. Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and that their food / room service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
21. Conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments and ensure that all standards and procedures in respect of Hygiene and Safety are established and maintained
22. Assist with core catering operations when required
23. Cleaning and replenishment of refreshment areas within the building
Qualifications
24. Have experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role with the catering hospitality industry
25. Use your entrepreneurial skills to create a thriving and successful working environment to grow the role and business
26. Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
27. Good delegation and influencing skills
28. Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
29. Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
30. Self motivating and be an independent worker
