As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support across a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. Your role will be key in supporting the business in delivering its people strategy while ensuring the wellbeing and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters.
2. Manage employee relations issues such as grievance, disciplinary, and performance management cases.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist with training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
5. Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and best practices.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or dynamic environment. Working with schools would be advantageous but not essential.
2. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for supporting employees and managers.
5. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above).
