The eBay C2C team is looking for a Head of E2E Business Development Global C2C. You will be joining a highly energized global team with a strong passion for eBay and the strive to raise consumer selling on eBay to the next level. Consumer selling is a business that is driven by the customer motivation of sustainability and is deeply rooted in eBay’s DNA and an essential part of the company’s ecosystem. You will help shape the strategy for consumer selling by enhancing consumer insights and crafting measures to solve customer problems.

What you will accomplish...
The Head of E2E Business Development Global C2C will lead and develop multiple, cross-functional projects within the global consumer selling team. The role includes strategy definition, operational cadences (insights, analytics, marketing, strategy, risk, trust, regulatory, advertising, product development), and relationship with cross-functional collaborators.
In particular, the role will focus on the following areas:
* Shape eBay’s Global C2C strategy with a special focus on New Customer Acquisition.
* Creating end-to-end Value Proposition and Experience, sparring with Marketing and Product Development teams to input BU DE-specific needs in alignment with Global C2C needs and ensuring that the Value Proposition is consistent throughout the C2C seller funnel from a Marketing and Product Experience standpoint.
* Conceptual input into competitor analysis, customer insights (informing quantitative and qualitative market research), internal analytics (driving data into strategy into action), dashboard creation, providing the right set of data for decisions and steering.
* Build a strategic and operational framework to set goals, implement and measure against the critical metrics within the Global Initiative.
* Support the Global C2C team in collaborator management, preparing executive presentations and summaries.
* Concept, kick-off and implement strategic focus projects on any topic (could range from seller acquisition, reactivation, engagement to retention, conversion lister to seller, monetization incl. collaboration with advertising, risk and trust, selling, payments, shipping etc. product).
* Project Ownership, driving category insights as well as marketing, product trends, market data, industry dynamics, customer selling trends and the competitive landscape to assess growth opportunities and product improvements.
* Run business performance based on defined critical metrics.
* Build and strengthen relationships internally and externally to identify and implement scaling opportunities and resolve all operational issues.
* Cross-organizational collaboration with other teams (marketing, trading, customer service, product, analytics, and others) in conceptualizing, planning as well as implementing campaigns and initiatives.
