Contract Contact Centre Executive (Hybrid)
Location: Central Manchester - You need to be able to work 1 day a week in the office
Salary: £24k per annum
Hours: Full-time, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday
(3 weeks of paid, full time training offered - normal office hours)
Training Date Anticipated Mid June 2025
Role:
* Handle inbound calls, provide information, book tours, and take reservations for Back-Up Care.
* Make outbound calls to follow up on bookings and enquiries.
* Educate customers on Back-Up Care policies and procedures.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or an inbound contact centre.
* Availability for shifts between 7am-7pm after training.
* Attend meetings and training in the Manchester office.
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace and good internet connection.
