Your new schoolYou will be working in an inclusive, community-based primary school which has enthusiastic pupils who are always looking to improve. Your new roleThe school are looking for a Level 3 teaching assistant or higher to support the class teacher within the classroom. The school is flexible in which year groups you will be working in. This could range from Early Years to KS2. Experience of Phonics or RWI would be beneficial but not essential. The school are still undecided if this is a long-term or day-to-day position. What you'll need to succeed
* A relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience working in a similar role.
* Familiarity with primary education and an understanding of the UK curriculum.
* A genuine interest in supporting pupils' learning and development.
* Flexibility to adjust to the needs of individual students.
