About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Concierge to join our team in London on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting into the Area Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing a service that is welcoming along with an effective access control service which ensures a clean, safe, and secure living environment for our tenants at Suttons Wharf.
Our Concierge team lone work covering daytime shifts from 7am-7pm working 4 days on and 4 days off.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Providing first class customer service, answering any questions from residents
* Accepting the mail and parcels, logging and distributing accordingly
* Patrolling the buildings and car parks, litter pick outside.
* Responding to repair requests and issuing keys to contractors
* Investigating alarms, carrying out regular safety and lighting checks.
* Monitoring CCTV, reporting any faults.
What we are looking for
We are a customer-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced concierge, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You will also be able to demonstrate:
* Direct experience of working with customers and customer feedback in a service delivery environment.
* Experience of adhering to Health and Safety rules within a customer-facing environment.
* Good level of IT skills and knowledge of CCTV operation.
* Good time management.
* Good team working skills and a flexible approach to work.
* Good oral and written communications.
* Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
