We’re looking for motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisors to support our brand-new restaurant opening in Spring 2025. With a multi-million-pound transformation, this new venue will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we need strong leaders to ensure service runs smoothly across a variety of shifts between 6.30am and 11pm.
About the role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers outstanding service at all times. You’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
* Help with training and mentoring the team to uphold exceptional service standards.
* Handling guest interactions and ensuring their experience is seamless.
* Managing stock levels and maintaining an organised service area.
* Working alongside the management team to introduce fresh ideas and improve service.
