Job summary Home First are looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist. This post will give great opportunity to gain varied experience in work across the Home 1st Therapy pathways. This is a role that can provide valuable community and inpatient experience to develop rehabilitation and supported discharge skills. We provide therapy assessments and interventions for community admission avoidance and intermediate care needs, discharge support to the local acute hospital and inpatient rehabilitation to the Seacole Virtual Community Hospital. Working closely with our wonderful team of Rehabilitation Assistants, Physiotherapists, Nurses and Pharmacy Technicians, this role will require you to provide comprehensive physical assessment, advice, treatment and discharge planning for the Home 1st caseload.
